What type of law study fights the food industry/GMOS, toxins, etc?

Question by : What type of law study fights the food industry/GMOS, toxins, etc?
I have done a lot of my own research on the food industry. I cannot believe what we are eating. Labels are a joke and nobody reads them anyway. I have searched all over the web for a law firm that focuses on our food industry. I am currently working at a law office now, handling asbestos claims. I am in school studying law as well an I would like to know what to focus on and if it is even an existing study?
