Question by mamalama: Me and my 30myr old daughter completley scraped the popcorn ceilings off in my home built in the 60's?
We didnt use masks or ANY protection!! We had No idea about asbestos!! I also had other children in the house when we were doing this... are we poisened with asbestos!!!!

Answer by raina_vissora1) Asbestos does not "poison" you. It leaves particulate matter in you lungs that can eventually cause lung cancer.
