Asbestos exposure from cutting holes into walls, for wall plates?

Question by : Asbestos exposure from cutting holes into walls, for wall plates?
I am a computer technician, and sometimes am hired to install networks in locations that don't have existing network jacks, both at homes and business locations. Of course, this involves cutting holes in walls.

It just crossed my mind whether any of the walls that I cut into could contain asbestos.

I don't want to risk exposure. So, I'm hoping you could tell me if there's certain types of wall materials
