Question by because u don't APPLY urself: Is there an old type of insulation that looks like little white balls and has asbestos?
We grew up in a house built in the 30s that had some insulation that my mother thinks has asbestos.

Answer by FroggieIf you think there may be a chance get a building inspector out first, I don't know if kapok was invented then (bean bag balls), also lead in paint is another big concern, a neighbour of mine is dying from working
