Question by NoNo: Had asbestos encapsulated with a sealer paint, what can i paint over it with?
Hi all, i have a basement floor which has had asbestos removed and now has a white layer of special sealer paint on it (to stop the fibres being released into the air), Can i paint over it with the garage type epoxy for 10 yrs, that was 20 yrs ago,
the type that is ? able, is loose type, tiles are solid,
but any way i would recommend a epoxy type paint,
