Question by heathsgirl: How to, homemade snorkel kit 1999 Chevy Silverado?
My friend wants a snorkel on his 99 Silverado. Any ideas?

Answer by mikeysure, dryer hose and hose clamps will do a lot for the plumbing, the heat under the engine can be taken care of by wrapping the hose in exhaust insulation, used to be asbestos, not anymore but still good, you can use just about any type of pipe for the outside pickup, however, it is going to look terrible,
