Question by Wizard: What exactly is Asbestos, is it insulation, what type of material is it?
a liquid, a gas ? When they build houses out of this, what are they using it for , to serve what purposes ? Is it used all over the place in older houses or just as a paint , or how does it work ?

Answer by TacoboyAsbestos used to be used as an insulator to keep houses warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and it's a solid. Then they found out that asbestos contains carcinogens
