I have a severe anxiety disorder where I worry every second of the day. I don't know what to do about it. My therapist won't take me until July and there are no other openings at any counseling centers in the area. I have a fear of getting lung cancer. I'm afraid to dorm at college next year because of people smoking outside of the dorm and I'm afraid to live at home because our siding has asbestos. Can someone please help me?

This house was built 60+ years ago. It has 2x6 walls. All walls are ship-lapped lumber inside and outside with wood shavings inside. The attic is insulated with a loose type of insulation which is packed down and looks a lot like pubic hair. Of course it isn't. Yeah I know you won't be running around outside in a bikini but the dust will get inside and you will breathe it. and the dust is different up there because its like little shards of glass on earth we have the action o water to wear down the sharp edges

I had no idea what this was so i looked it up and my jaw dropped when i read that it causes lung disease and cancer. Is this something i should be worried about? I have 2 kids and wouldnt want to jeopardize their health. And also just the other day my Ins carrier told me they were raising up the premium because of this

my grandad is dying from lung cancer he never smoked in his life but the job he done caused him to get asbestos poisoning... he is in Extreme pain and he is at home living with my nan but she is having a hard time as is so dependant on her she cant even get out to do food shopping i try to help her out as much as i can but it just hard to see my grandad break down and cry he dont have long left and doubt he will live until
